Dietary Practices
- Be careful about food combining! If you follow this guide carefully you will be VERY pleasantly surprised
- Proper alkalinity might be the singleĀ most important factor in feeling great from the food you eat. You can alkalize your water, or just stick to highly alkaline foods. 80% alkaline to 20% acidic food is the best ratio.
Dietary Supplementation
Easy indicators of a good daily multivitamin are:
- it has at least 50mg of vitamin B-6.
- it doesn’t have iron. Ideally, you would want to take that (with other minerals) at a different time of the day.
- It has at least 100mcg of selenium in the form “L-Selenomethionine” (I’ll post more about this later) – Studies indicate that taking 200-400mcg a day could cut cancer rates down by half.
- Vitamin D-3 – 1000IU (Blog post where I recommend 5000+ a day for most people)
If you want to feel really fantastic, try taking an X-Factor supplement or the Live or ReVive supplements from Nuriche (formerly called “The Feast” – I’ll blog more about these soon, for example I think taking anything with schizandra will do wonders for your stress/sleepiness levels)
Cures for Diseases
- Always check something like this out, real people rating home remedies for almost everything
- Google whatever it is you are concerned about, with the word “natural” in the search. Disinformation and misinformation will probably come up, so review whatever sounds most optimistic and is also free or cheap. Disease is so yesterday.
